Sultan is the newly-crowned, fearless leader of the TAR Bandits. He is said to descend from a long line of highwaymen and warriors, therefore granting him an ominous reputation. Furthermore, he is known to brandish a golden Dragon Medal around his neck, for reasons unknown.
