Mutated Clones are much more heavily mutated versions of Clones. In modern times these clones are destroyed before they get to make a change on reality but many years ago they were tolerated and utilized until more preferable clones were available to replace them. Now hoards of mutated clones can be found in various scatterings across the desert.
